Al Khumasiya Group was represented by its CEO, Mr. Ammar Sami Baroum, while Darko Company was represented by its CEO, Dr. Omar bin Hussein Al Qahtani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under the agreement, Al-Khamasiya Group, as the project owner, will collaborate with Darko Company, as the developer, to provide residential units that meet market needs and keep pace with residents\u2019 aspirations, in a partnership that combines Al-Khamasiya\u2019s experience in the Makkah real estate market with Darko\u2019s development capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project encompasses the &quot;Haram Terraces&quot; master plan, considered a prime real estate development destination in northern Mecca, offering promising investment and development opportunities. Through this initiative, Al-Khamasiya continues to expand its partnerships with developers to deliver residential projects that contribute to the region&#039;s development and enhance the quality of
