The National Sub-Committee for Industrial Integration at the Council of Saudi Chambers will hold a meeting for the founders of the Saudi Industrial Integration Company \u00abTakamol\u00bb on September 9 at the Council's headquarters in Riyadh, and the committee invited national factories and related companies wishing to establish the company to attend the founding meeting, in order to listen to a briefing on the company in addition to reviewing the memorandum of association and determining the percentage of the contribution amount.
\nEngineer Saad bin Ibrahim Al-Mojel, a member of the Board of Directors of the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry, confirmed that the Industrial Committee of the Riyadh Chamber is discussing contributing to the project to establish the Industrial Integration Company, after the Development Fund agreed to provide a loan to the company, and that it was agreed that membership in the company will be limited to industrial companies, explaining that negotiations are underway with \u00abSABIC\u00bb and \u00abAramco\u00bb to join the company, and that the company will be managed in a commercial manner.
\nAl-Mojel added that during a recent meeting at the Riyadh Chamber, some developments in the industrial sector were discussed, such as the issue of inviting the Council of Saudi Chambers to complete the procedures for establishing a closed joint stock company for industrial integration with a capital of 20 million riyals, in which all licensed factories and related national companies are invited to contribute to its establishment, subject to the approval of His Excellency the Minister of Commerce and Industry.
\nOn the other hand, more than 15 major industrial companies will participate in the establishment of the Industrial Integration Company, the first company concerned with industrial integration in the Kingdom. Most of the activities of these factories and companies are concentrated in the main cities of Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam, where 25% of the total proposed capital for the establishment of the Industrial Integration Company, which will be a closed shareholding for national companies and factories licensed by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, has been secured, estimated at 20 million riyals initial cost, subject to increase.
