Recognizing the importance of strengthening partnerships with other sectors, the Ministry of Commerce and Investment launched the # Partners_2030 initiative in partnership with the private sector and business leaders in the Kingdom, with the aim of gathering opinions and proposals regarding the challenges facing the Kingdom\u2019s business and investment environment, and to ensure that the private sector serves as a partner in the growth of the local economy and contributes to creating an attractive and stimulating investment environment, and to support Saudization programs and ways to develop them to help achieve the Kingdom\u2019s Vision 2030.<\/p>\n
In the same vein, the Ministry of Commerce and Investment sent letters to all joint-stock companies listed on the Saudi stock market, as well as foreign companies, commercial banks, and various private-sector entities, outlining the most important goals of the Kingdom\u2019s Vision: increasing the private sector\u2019s contribution to gross domestic product from 40% to 65%, and emphasizing the of the private sector in the development process and in achieving prosperity and well-being for citizens.<\/p>\n
