The municipality of Zulfi Governorate has started paying the owners of 67 properties that were expropriated in favor of the expansion of King Fahd bin Abdulaziz Road and the parking lots of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Mosque, where the municipality allocated the amount of compensation for expropriation of 67 properties at a cost of 109 million riyals.<\/p>\n
The mayor of Zulfi Governorate, M. Abdullah bin Hindi Al-Otaibi said that the payment of compensation checks for the expropriated properties in favor of the expansion of King Fahd bin Abdulaziz Road Phase III, which amounted to 56 properties at a total cost of (77,415,250) riyals. The properties expropriated in favor of the parking lots of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Mosque amounted to 11 properties at a total cost of 31,518,127 riyals.<\/p>\n
Al-Otaibi concluded his speech by thanking the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs, the Secretary of Riyadh Province, and the Undersecretary for Provincial Affairs for their keenness to do everything in the interest of the country and the citizen.<\/p>\n
