<\/b>\u00a0<\/span>Jazan Emirate confirmed that it has been paying attention to the compensation of the economic city west of Bish Governorate since the beginning of the project, as directives were issued to form committees to inventory citizens' properties and estimate appropriate and fair compensation for their lands<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

In a statement issued by the Emirate, the Ministry of Interior submitted the findings and recommendations of the committee formed by the relevant ministries with the participation of the Economic Cities Authority, and the approval was issued to adopt the mechanism agreed upon between the former developer and the affected citizens who are entitled to compensation for their lands located within the boundaries of the economic city and to approve the settlement that was made between the two parties in this regard.<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The statement added that citizens who claim ownership without official documents have been informed to apply to the competent courts, and those who are proven to have previous ownership covered by the site in the legal face will be compensated by the beneficiary entity (the General Investment Authority).<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
