The Pilgrims Housing Committee in Makkah has completed its arrangements for housing more than 1.6 million pilgrims in various neighborhoods of Makkah, and the Chairman of the Pilgrims Housing Committee in Makkah, Engineer Mazen Al-Sinari, confirmed the complete readiness of the housing units sufficient to house the pilgrims, indicating that the number will increase in the coming weeks, as a number of requests from owners of residential houses who could not submit their requests during the deadline for obtaining permits from the committee on 30\/7\/1437 AH were submitted to Khalid Al-Faisal, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Governor of Makkah Region and Chairman of the Central Committee for Hajj.<\/p>\n
Al-Sanari stressed the necessity of adapting housing to the weather conditions by providing air conditioning and proper ventilation to ensure the comfort of pilgrims, indicating that this is part of the requirements of the residential buildings allocated for their housing.<\/p>\n
Al-Sanari explained the readiness of 18 centers for follow-up and inspection teams in addition to 3 emergency teams that will start their work on the tenth of Dhu al-Qa'dah and continue until the end of Dhu al-Hijjah, when the vast majority of the pilgrims leave to ensure good performance and service in accordance with the directives of the Emir of Makkah in accordance with the executive regulations for housing pilgrims, safety requirements and construction requirements for pilgrims' residences, as stipulated in the executive regulations for housing pilgrims.<\/p>\n
