\n Preparations are underway in Dubai for the opening of the second hotel in the world to carry the fashion and luxury brand \u201cVersace\u201d in the Culture Village area on Dubai Creek.
\nThe completion rate at the \u201cPalazzo Versachi\u201d hotel and resort in Dubai reached more than 92%, ready for opening early next year, after completing its facilities and services, making it the first hotel in the region of the \u201cVersachi\u201d brand with a capacity of up to 588 units.
\nWork is underway to build the hotel, whose investment has exceeded 2.5 billion dirhams, while finishing works are being carried out on the 80-story building, which houses approximately 215 hotel rooms, 169 hotel apartments, and 204 chalets, along with other hospitality services.
\nThe establishment of the hotel comes in implementation of a partnership agreement between the development company, Sun Land Group of Australia and Emirates International Holding, to manage the first hotel of the \u201cVersace\u201d brand in Dubai, which is considered the second location worldwide and the first in the region to implement the Palazzo Versace hotel. The design team of Sun Land Group and the architectural team of the Palazzo Versace have developed the hotel\u2019s plans.
\nThe first hotel named \u201cPlaza Versachi\u201d was opened in Gold Coast, Australia during the last quarter of 2000, followed by the second hotel in the world bearing the same brand in Dubai.
\nThe forecasts indicate that the project will add new dimensions to the tourism attraction sector in Dubai, and to attract more visitors and tourists, while the project is being focused on, it may lead to other developers entering into similar partnerships at the regional level.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
