The Real Estate Contributions Committee at the Ministry of Commerce and Investment announced that it will hold three public auctions to address some of the stalled contributions and plans. The Jewel of Al-Ahsa land contribution will be auctioned on 23 Dhu Al-Hijjah, corresponding to 24\/09\/2016, and the land is located on Gulf Road opposite King Faisal University, with an area of 2000,000 square meters undeveloped, and falls within the first and second phase housing range, according to the Ministry of Commerce and Investment.<\/p>\n
To enter the auction, the committee stipulated to attend in person or through a legal agent, and present a certified check in the name of the Real Estate Contributions Committee in the amount of one million riyals, and the amount is considered a non-refundable advance part of the price for the bidder, and the buyer is obligated to pay the remaining amount within 15 days from the date of the auction.<\/p>\n
The second sale auction contains 30 plots of land in the Cordoba plan in Al-Madhanib governorate on the second of Muharram 1438 AH, and those wishing to enter the auction must submit a certified check for 50 thousand riyals in the name of the Real Estate Contribution Committee.<\/p>\n
The committee also decided to offer the rest of the Shalala plan in Riyadh on the sixteenth of Muharram 1438H corresponding to 17\/10\/2016 at Al-Faisal Palace on the southern ring, by public auction, and the committee stipulated for bidding on the 29 lands, a certified check for (50,000) riyals in the name of the Real Estate Contributions Committee.<\/p>\n
