\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Zamel, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry, revealed that the Board of Directors approved the launch of a housing program for the Chamber\u2019s employees, with a subsidized financing from the MIssr Bank in cooperation with the Al-Naim Bank. He said that the agreement to implement the program will be signed next week.
\n In a meeting held with the chamber\u2019s employees, attended by a number of board members, the chamber\u2019s Secretary General and senior officials of the Secretariat, Dr. Al-Zamil stated that the program, which is the first of its kind at the level of trade chambers, will soon be unveiled with its details and regulations. The program aims to provide comfort, psychological and social stability for employees and their families, which will ultimately improve productivity levels and develop the overall performance of the chamber.
\nHe pointed out that the program will take into account the housing suitability to the employee\u2019s financial situation, and it will provide the opportunity to choose the model that suits each employee according to their financial capabilities, with the amount being paid in installments in a convenient manner.
\nAl-Zamil noted the members of the Board of Directors' attention to this initiative aimed at the interests of employees, pointing out that the Board's approval of the program was unanimous.
\nThe President of the Riyadh Chamber urged all employees to redouble their efforts and improve their performance to achieve the Chamber\u2019s objectives in serving the business sector, enabling it to contribute to the implementation of economic development programs and projects, as the leading partner of the government sector in serving and enhancing the national economy.
\nAl-Zamal called on all commercial chambers and companies to adopt housing programs for their employees, considering that helping employees own housing is the most important service for employees and contributes to increasing the quality of their productivity and stability.
\nFor his part, Hussein Al-Azal, the Undersecretary of the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce, took the initiative of the Chairman of the Board and the support of the members of the Board to provide housing for the Chamber\u2019s employees, and thanked the Chairman and members of the Board for this initiative, describing it as an expression of the Board\u2019s keenness to provide comfort and stability for employees and to motivate them to increase productivity, noting that the procedures for signing the agreement with the Development Bank are in their final stages.
