\nMohammed bin Salmeen Al Nahdi, Chairman of Mohammed Al Nahdi Real Estate Company, owner of the scheme in partnership with Rashid bin Abdulrahman Al Rashed Real Estate Company, said after the auction held last Sunday at the Holiday Inn Al Khobar that the auction witnessed great competition among businessmen who are looking for distinctive sites overlooking the Corniche Al Khobar, adding that the scheme is one of the most important real estate auctions in 2013, in terms of modern technologies in the auction presentation method and the large presence of investors from inside and outside the Eastern Province, which enriched the auction with strong competition that confirmed the great real estate value of the project that keeps pace with the developments of the real estate industry.
