The funds were raised for the Al Rajhi European Real Estate Closed-End Fund, with the aim of investing in income-generating real estate such as warehouses leased from financially sound companies under long-term lease agreements to distribute the highest low-risk cash returns every six months throughout the fund\u2019s lifespan. The fund\u2019s operations are concentrated in Western European countries.<\/p>\n

It is worth noting that Al Rajhi Capital has managed real estate transactions valued at more than $1 billion in both the warehouse and retail sectors, and recently exited the Ark Real Estate Income Fund, valued at $360 million. The fund had invested in the warehouse and retail real estate markets in both Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.<\/p>\n
