\n The Dammam Court of Appeals ruled to return the capital contributions of ten shareholders in the troubled company owned by businessman Jumaa al-Jumaa, The final and binding court ruling applies to the remaining shareholders, estimated to number around 9,000, some of whose cases are still pending in the courts.
\n Mishaal Al-Sharif, the shareholders\u2019 attorney, explained that the court ruling applies to all shareholders who filed a claim for their capital, while they will subsequently file a separate lawsuit to claim dividends from Al-Jumah. He added that the court has opened the door to hearing cases from other shareholders on an individual basis and heard the first case under this new approach several months ago, emphasizing that the Court of Appeals\u2019 ruling will serve as a precedent for the remaining individual cases.
