\n The creation of a highly efficient green building division for buildings through architectural, economic, and social techniques aims to preserve Saudi identity and environmental heritage, and protect and enhance the foundations of sustainable urban development.
\n Dr. Gazy Al Abbasi, Secretary General of the Saudi Engineering Council, explained this during the first meeting of the Green Buildings Division, which was recently held at the headquarters of the Saudi Engineering Council in Riyadh, urging support for services and products that are friendly to humans and the environment and protect consumers to achieve a distinguished position in the Gulf and global arena.
\nFor his part, Engineer Faisal Al-Fadl, Consultant and Head of the Green Building Division at the Saudi Engineering Society, emphasized the importance of enabling engineers, businesspeople, professionals, and government and non-governmental specialized institutions to access optimal solutions, improve performance, encourage creativity and innovation, and enhance knowledge transfer and localization efforts.
