\nIn addition to Taiba Holding Company, which has a huge real estate portfolio and distinguished capabilities in the field of real estate development that qualified it to be the first and largest real estate development company in the central area of Medina with its residential and commercial real estate projects facing the Prophet's Mosque, and the Bin Laden Group's Real Estate Management and Development Company, which is known for its ability to develop most of the large projects in Medina and most cities in the Kingdom.
\nHe said that all this puts the project in an advanced position through the blending of all the possibilities of the alliance between these companies, in addition to the investment and legislative incentives available to the project through the Economic Cities Authority, which supported the project, especially in its early stages, which directly helped in signing joint agreements with major international companies in a number of fields such as information technology and others.

\nThe Knowledge Economic City Developers Company (KEDC) signed an agreement with DeepCloud to establish a center for information preservation and advanced technological services on an area of 30,000 square meters, at an estimated total investment cost of 400 million riyals, to be the first center of its kind in the region that uses advanced technology, computer systems and associated components such as telecommunications and stable information systems to be an advanced regional center based on knowledge industries and to provide data use for both the private and public sectors and serve as a backup center during disasters (Disaster Recovery).
