The Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry, represented by the Facilities and Property Management Committee\u2014which is part of the Real Estate Committee\u2014has approved a number of programs aimed at harnessing the potential of young people, which the committee seeks to implement, such as the \u201cI Appreciate,\u201d which aims to promote a culture of entrepreneurship, encourage initiative, and motivate young people to create job opportunities and generate employment in the field of facilities and property management; and the \u201cTamkeen,\u201d which aims to study laws and regulations to improve the legislative environment governing facilities management, develop solutions and proposals, and submit them to officials in the relevant authorities, while the \u201cExperiences\u201d program aims to share the experiences of pioneers from countries, institutions, and successful individuals in the field of facilities, maintenance, and operations with young entrepreneurs so they can benefit from their experiences and expertise; and the \u201cBusiness Partners\u201d program aims to hold meetings and workshops with agencies, organizations, companies, and market authorities whose objectives align with those of the committee to support initiatives and those interested in this field.The \u201cMy Career,\u201d \u201cEnhancement,\u201d and \u201dMy Award\u201d programs were also approved.<\/p>\n
This was announced at the first meeting of the Facilities and Property Management Committee, which is part of the Real Estate Committee of the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The meeting, chaired by Ibrahim Abdulkarim Al-Darwish, resulted in a vote to elect Engineer Muhammad Al-Duraibi as vice chair of the committee.<\/p>\n
The chairman of the Real Estate Committee, Aaid Al-Wabri, explained that the meeting reviewed the key pillars of the committee\u2019s strategy, which focuses on working with legislative bodies to develop and update regulations, advancing the profession, defining the profession, and disseminating knowledge.<\/p>\n
It is worth noting that the Facilities Committee comprises a select group of professionals interested in the management and development of facilities and properties, namely: Ibrahim Abdulkarim Al-Darwish (Chair), Eng. Muhammad Khalid Al-Duraibi, Khalid Ali Al-Suhaibani, Khalid Daghim Al-Ajmi, Eng. Salman Abdulrahman Al-Beiz, Eng. Saud Abdulaziz Sanusi, Eng. Adel Mohammed Al-Kharaashi, and Eng.
