Abu Dhabi completed 5,592 residential units during the first nine months of 2016, while the number of buildings stood at 2,794, A report released by the emirate\u2019s Statistics Center revealed that the number of residential units completed in the emirate during the third quarter of 2016 reached 1,763, bringing the total number of residential units completed during the first nine months of 2016 to 5,592 residential units<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to the report, the average estimated cost per square meter in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi during the third quarter of 2016 ranged from 2,519 dirhams to 2,568 dirhams, depending on the building area and region.<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The report noted that completed residential buildings accounted for the vast majority of completed buildings in the capital, totaling 986, while the number of completed commercial buildings stood at 29, followed by industrial buildings, totaling 25; public facilities, with 15; and finally, mixed-use residential and commercial buildings, with 11.<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

For the first time this year, Al Ain accounts for the largest number of completed buildings in the emirate, with a total of 593 buildings, 571 of which are located in the Jebel Hafit area, followed by Abu Dhabi with 454 buildings, 67.6% of which are in the cities of Khalifa, Mohammed bin Zayed, Al Shamkha, and Shakhbout, and then the Western Region with 19 buildings, 84% of which are in Zayed City<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
