\n DAMAC Properties has signed a SAR 450 million construction contract with Drake & Scull International for the Al Jawhara project in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
\nLocated on Jeddah's Red Sea Corniche, the 42-story Al Jawhara project has a total gross floor area of 86,196 square meters; the residential tower will feature five-bedroom penthouses as well as one- to four-bedroom apartments. Damac said: Construction work on the 42-story project will begin in the next few weeks and will be completed in about 28 months.
