\n At its recent meeting, Tamkeen's Board of Directors reviewed the progress of the housing projects implemented by the company in a number of cities in the Eastern Province, and that they are proceeding according to the previously drawn plans.
\n Ihsan Abdul Jawad, Chairman of Tamkeen for Investment and Real Estate Development, confirmed the success of the meeting, noting that the workflow was reviewed in the presence of all board members, namely: Mr. Faris Al Balawi, Vice Chairman, Mr. Omar Al Balaihd, and Mr. Hamed Bin Hamri, CEO and Managing Director. The Board was briefed on the phased plans for the implementation of projects, and reviewed the level of achievement achieved in the \u201cWhite Houses\u201d project implemented by the company in the Doha Hills neighborhood in Dhahran, which includes the development of 64 housing units with the best engineering and architectural specifications, stressing that the company is heading to implement a number of giant housing projects that will be revealed in the next phase.
\nAbdul Jawad added that the Board approved the initial development plan to be followed by the company in 2011 to enable it to increase its pioneering role in the field of housing development and contribute to solving the housing crisis in the Kingdom as one of Tamkeen's strategic objectives, which seeks to provide innovative housing solutions with high specifications and affordable prices for the Saudi family. <\/p>\n
