With specialized media sponsorship and a strong presence from Amlak Real Estate Newspaper, His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province, inaugurated today the activities of the Eastern Real Estate Restatex Exhibition, which is held at the Dhahran Expo Exhibition Center, and will continue until next Thursday evening, with the continuous support of the Eastern Chamber - the strategic partner - of the exhibition.<\/p>\n
The annual exhibition, the largest of its kind in the region, will be accompanied by 7 workshops, starting with a dialogue on the reality and future of the Wafi program and the Ministry of Housing's Completion Center, in addition to the role of the Ejar network in regulating the rental sector, a discussion of the real estate price index, a dialogue on the owners\u00ab union program, a discussion on the implementation of fees on white lands, and the initiative to construct buildings in conjunction with the development of plans.<\/p>\n
