\nThe Saudi Commission for Tourism and Antiquities (SCTA) approved a 30% increase in the upper limit of hotel prices from the beginning of this month until the end of September, and during official holidays except for weekends. The authority obliged the administrations of hotels and tourist establishments that provide accommodation services to provide them with marketing offers to monitor them before applying them to customers.
\nDr. Salah Al-Bakhit, Vice President for Investment at the Saudi Commission for Tourism and Antiquities, said in press statements: The hotel pricing policy stipulates that the maximum price for standard rooms that accommodate two people is determined according to the rating the hotel received at the classification stage, and this price is inclusive of service fees.
\nHe added that if there are more than two adults in a room, the 25% rate is added for each additional person, with no more than four people in a room.
\nThe authority allowed furnished residential units to add 50% to the upper limit on seasonal days, and explained that the upper limit of the price of a furnished residential unit is determined by the evaluation that the facility receives at the classification stage.
\nThese prices are set for a furnished residential unit consisting of a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom, and the approved prices include service fees.
\nIf there are other additional rooms in the unit, 150 riyals are added for a first-class unit, 100 riyals for a second-class unit, 50 riyals for a third-class unit, and for units that fall under the category of licensed and unclassified, 30 riyals are added to the unit.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
