\n Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group has appointed Saudi Fransi Capital as financial advisor, bookrunner and underwriter for the IPO of Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group, according to a recently signed agreement.
\nDr. Sulaiman bin Abdulaziz Al Habib, Chairman of the Board of Directors, said that Al Habib Medical Group, a pioneer in the field of medical care, began its activities in 1995, pointing out that it continued to achieve high growth rates during the past years and was able to acquire an important market share in the markets in which it operates, and the IPO process is a turning point in its journey and a vital step towards its strategic direction of expansion.
