The Riyadh Municipality directed the administrative and technical departments to begin implementing the \u201cRiyadh Without Containers\u201d program after the Eid al-Fitr holiday on Shawwal 8, 1438, by sorting waste at its sources in the buildings belonging to the municipality\u2019s departments (municipalities, sections, units, and facilities) to be a model to be followed for application to the rest of the public and private sectors.<\/p>\n
This came in a circular published by the Secretariat, a copy of which was obtained by Amlak newspaper, in which it called on sanitation officials to follow up with contracting companies to ensure that the program is implemented according to the plan set, as the Secretariat allocated green containers for non-organic waste, including plastic, glass, metals and paper, and they are to be taken out on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, while black containers are for food in all its forms and everything not included in the contents of the green containers, and they are to be taken out on Saturdays, Mondays and Wednesdays, with the time for taking out the waste being before six in the morning.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
