\nYasser Abuatiek, CEO of Dar Tamlikh, a company specializing in residential financing solutions for individuals, explained that the company\u2019s obtaining a license from the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) complemented its efforts in the real estate financing market and its specialization in housing financing over the past period, as well as the company\u2019s ability to achieve significant growth in managing financing programs and launching innovative financing products to enable families to own homes.
\nAbu Atiq emphasized that the approval of the National Bank yesterday for Dar Tamlik and other companies is a significant qualitative leap for the real estate financing market, and a real beginning for this industry that supports real estate financing activity and enables housing empowerment for citizens.
\nAbuatigh expressed his deep gratitude to the National Bank Foundation and the Governor of the Saudi Arabian National Bank, Dr. Fahd bin Abdullah Al-Mubarak, and those responsible for real estate financing at the institution.
\nAbuatigh stated that Dar Tamlikh, a company specializing in housing financing solutions, is present in almost all regions of the Kingdom, and is distinguished by its ability to develop housing financing solutions by identifying the financial family\u2019s reality and then designing an housing financing program that suits the family\u2019s needs and requirements and its financial income.
