(Real Estate Marketing).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amlak Real Estate Authority is currently seeking to implement the project to classify real estate brokerage establishments and set it for the first of next December, Amlak Real Estate newspaper asked the authority about some of the details of the classification to clarify the picture more about the project and its benefits and the extent to which companies benefit from the classification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">First of all, what are the criteria and requirements to enter the rankings?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In order for real estate brokerage firms to obtain classification from the General Real Estate Authority, they must comply with four criteria, namely: the use of the standard contract templates issued by the Authority through its electronic platform for the \u00abExclusive Marketing Agreement,\u00bb the \u201cLetter of Intent to Purchase,\u201d and the \u201cProperty Handover and Acceptance Form,\u201d in addition to providing at least three of the approved real estate services through one or more employees of the firm who have completed the training courses for these services offered by the Saudi Real Estate Institute, which is supported by the state, may God protect it,\u00a0\u00a0along with the requirement that the real estate establishment demonstrate excellence in providing its services. .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What are the requirements for real estate brokerage offices and establishments?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are a number of requirements for real estate brokerage offices:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Register the for the comfort of the facility's customers, the cleanliness of the place, and the courtesy of the facility's staff in dealing, in addition to highlighting the working hours at the entrance of the facility, provided that two working periods are adhered to, morning and evening, or one working period not less than eight hours, adding the classification logo and classified services on the external board, and displaying the classification certificate in a clear place in the real estate facility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How are the specific scores for each rating assigned?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There is no grading at this stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What happens to companies and offices that find themselves out of
