The Dubai Multi Commodities Center has invited construction companies to submit bids for the \u201cTower 2020\u201d project by September 17, 2017. The companies that received the invitations include \u201cAl-Futtaim Carillion,\u201d , the Lebanese firm \u201dAl-Arabiya Contracting,\u201d \u201dBalhasa Six Construct,\u201d the Canadian firm \u201dMultiplex,\u201d the South Korean firm \u201dSamsung C&T,\u201d and the Turkish firm \u201dTAV.\u201d.<\/p>\n
The tower is approximately 300 meters tall, consists of 70 floors, and has a total floor area of 103,600 square meters, including 46.7 square meters for commercial use and 29.9 square meters for a 5-star hotel.<\/p>\n
