In the presence of 16 government agencies, His Excellency the Minister of Commerce and Investment and Chairman of the Executive Committee for Improving Business Performance in the Private Sector, Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi, yesterday inaugurated the unified service center for the Meraas initiative.<\/p>\n
The center provides 40 e-services from the relevant government entities in one location, including comprehensive service centers with unified access to business services, interactive content for the requirements of starting a business with all entities, in addition to a unified model for starting a current business in integration with government entities, and the e-platform for business services.<\/p>\n
Among the services provided by the Meraas Center are electronic commercial register services, opening an establishment file at the Ministry of Labor, issuing work licenses, licensing gyms and sports centers, benefiting from the contract documentation service at the Ministry of Justice, registration and activation in Absher service, and other government services, in confirmation of the committee's commitment to continue integration with the relevant government agencies, and facilitate procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency, and facilitate the practice of business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.<\/p>\n
In the coming stages, the Meraas initiative will include interactive content through the website that will contribute to the knowledge of how to start doing business, in cooperation with government agencies and the private sector to provide what facilitates the start and practice of business from government services and value-added services, for example: Investment opportunities, consultations, investment data and training, which will help investors, entrepreneurs and SMEs maximize their potential, obtain additional opportunities, and access appropriate financial services.<\/p>\n
It is worth mentioning that the Meraas Center works throughout the week from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm, and on Fridays, the center opens its doors to beneficiaries from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm in order to serve all beneficiaries from investors and entrepreneurs.
