The General Supervisor of Ejar sector regulation pointed out that work is currently underway to motivate real estate establishments by providing a number of services and features in the network, most notably preserving the rights of the lessor and tenant and the unified residential rental contract, which is an executive document that is documented through the network.<\/p>\n<p>Al-Batti confirmed the launch of the contract registration phase through the network will be launched soon, noting that the training phase integrated within the registration steps in the network is sufficient at the current stage, and real estate brokers have interacted with it well.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"span-reading-time rt-reading-time\" style=\"display: block;\"><span class=\"rt-label rt-prefix\">Reading time: <\/span> <span class=\"rt-time\"> &lt;
