The 87th National Day celebrations kicked off on September 23 and 24 in various governorates and cities across the Kingdom.\u00a0 <\/span>The General Entertainment Authority (GEA) has organized 27 entertainment events dedicated to the 87th Saudi National Day, some of which are being held for the first time in the Kingdom, in terms of their magnitude and diversity, which will be celebrated in 17 governorates and cities to enhance the joy of the homeland and renew loyalty and obedience to the nation's leaders.<\/p>\n

Strengthening social ties<\/b><\/p>\n

The celebration of the 87th National Day was organized in major cities of the Kingdom, renewing loyalty and obedience to the leaders of this blessed country.\u00a0 <\/span>In highlighting the National Day in the conscience and hearts of the Saudi people, to express their deep love and gratitude for their wise leadership and their homeland, and to convey this to the whole world. The events also aim to strengthen \u00absocial ties\u00bb by providing opportunities for families and friends to share their joy on the Saudi National Day, and to highlight the high professional level standards with which the Entertainment Authority operates, and its great ability to organize these events in record time.<\/p>\n

The National Day events are in line with the main objectives of the General Entertainment Authority, by providing entertainment options and opportunities, and developing entertainment activities for all segments of society in all regions, to enrich life and draw joy, which is one of the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.<\/p>\n

The National Day activities include 17 governorates and cities, namely: \u00abRiyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar, Jubail, Medina, Abha, Najran, Jizan, Hafar Al-Batin, Aniza, Skaka, Hofuf, Diriyah, Hail, Tabuk, and Yanbu.<\/p>\n

Various events<\/b><\/p>\n

The National Day calendar of events also included water, air and fire celebrations, light fountain shows, the Raise the Beater Green event, and the Watan Epic.<\/p>\n

and add\u00a0 <\/span>The accompanying series of festivals include Al Watan Balloon Festival, Mawtani Festival, Entertainment Avenue, Saudi Glow, Basma Watan, as well as social, cultural and entertainment events such as National Flight, National Day Fund, National Shout, and National Shout, and performances of the play \u00abThe Epic of Watan\u00bb.<\/p>\n

In the National Day events map, the General Entertainment Authority has dedicated an integrated entertainment program called the \u00abFamilies of the Martyrs of the Homeland\u00bb event, which comes as a national appreciation for our brave soldiers and their families, in addition to the \u00abHomeland Car Festival\u00bb.<\/p>\n

From September 23 to 24, King Fahd International Stadium in Riyadh will host the \u00abEpic Homeland\u00bb event with a family presence for the first time at the stadium, which includes 3 chapters with 6 panels for 45 minutes that review the past, present and future history starting from \u00abThe Prayer of Abraham\u00bb and \u00abThe Birth of Islam\u00bb, through the \u00abEra of Unification of the Kingdom\u00bb, the era of construction during the reign of King Salman, ending with the \u00abVision of the Future\u00bb, and then the National Day celebrations.<\/p>\n

Citizens and residents in Riyadh, Hail, and Najran will enjoy the \u00abRaise the Beater Green\u00bb event. The show, scheduled for September 23, includes a range of exciting multimedia shows and performances, using modern pyrotechnics and a triple show<\/p>\n

The Kingdom Tower in Riyadh will also feature the largest high-definition visual display on National Day.<\/p>\n

Singing festival <\/b>Saudi-Gulf<\/b><\/p>\n

On September 23rd and 24th, the General Entertainment Authority (GEA)\u00a0 <\/span>The major singing festival will take place in the covered hall of Al-Jawhara Stadium, a concert that will be performed by the largest gathering of Gulf artists, 11 of the stars of Saudi and Gulf art on the occasion of the National Day: Mohammed Abdullah, Majid Al-Muhandis, Aseel Abu Bakr, Abdul Majid Abdullah, Talal Salama, Abadi Al-Jawhar, Emirati artist Hussein Al-Jassmi, and Kuwaiti Abdullah Al-Ruwaished.<\/p>\n

Aerial acrobatics will add a special flavor to the National Day celebrations in the skies of Jeddah on September 23, with two shows, the first being a 2,000-foot high acrobatic display using white and green smoke - symbolizing the colors of the Kingdom's flag - to create a beautiful heart-shaped painting that will amaze all who see it.<\/p>\n

The second show consists of acrobatic performances and the use of specialized pyrotechnics (PYRO)<\/span> At a height of 2,000 feet, it is one of the most favored events in national celebrations globally. The water games and shows will be the most prominent entertainment event for Jazan residents next Saturday (September 23), on the Corniche in front of Salwa Park, through aquatic multimedia presentations (Water Hologram)<\/span>It is a panoramic tale that tells the history, culture and achievements of the Kingdom, and salutes the heroes and martyrs of the southern border.<\/p>\n

Jeddah, the capital of the Red Sea, will also be celebrating at Al Jawhara Stadium with the \u00abShawt Al Watani\u00bb event, which will take place between the two halves of the Saudi El Clasico match between Al Ittihad and Al Hilal.<\/p>\n

Luminous wrist LED<\/span>fireworks and laser shows, in an attractive carnival atmosphere that the Saudis have never before offered this color in National Day celebrations.<\/p>\n

The National Day Box, which will be held in 3 cities, Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam, on September 23, lasts for 6 minutes, and is a box placed in a number of cities, accompanied by a countdown that starts before National Day, and opens in all cities at the same time, revealing a surprise using multimedia presentations (Hologram).<\/span> It also includes 90-minute entertainment events accompanying the main show, geared towards families and youth.<\/p>\n

Festival\u00a0 <\/span>Basma Homeland<\/b><\/p>\n

Thebes will have an important share of the General Entertainment Authority's activities on National Day through the \u00abBasmeh Watan\u00bb festival, which will be held in the Jabal Sila Square area in Medina on September 23 and 24, where it will combine the authentic past with the bright present, and will give visitors the opportunity to participate in expressing their love and pride in their dear homeland.<\/p>\n

The event is a social and cultural event that provides a fun environment for families and friends to express their love for their homeland through several displays such as the Loyalty Tree, which tells the story and history of the country through the narrator's voice, and guests can also hang their wishes on it.<\/p>\n

In addition to bazaars supporting Saudi youth and a \u00abstreet art\u00bb show, artists and performers with musical and acrobatic skills will be located throughout King Abdullah Environmental Park in Hofuf on September 23 and 24.<\/p>\n

Special event for martyrs' families<\/b><\/p>\n

The General Entertainment Authority has dedicated a special event for the families of the martyrs of our brave soldiers, in gratitude for the sacrifices they made to defend the homeland, through the \u00abFamilies of the Martyrs of the Homeland\u00bb event, scheduled to be held at the Riyadh International Exhibition and Convention Center on September 23, including creative performances, a clothesline play, a children's corner, an honoring ceremony and souvenirs.The events also include the Saudi Glow Festival (interactive entertainment), the main idea of which is to launch green aerial paper lanterns in three cities at the same time in Abha, Hafar Al-Batin and Aniza, and contains sticky cards on which 2,000 citizens write a message of hope, in addition to performances of folkloric dance, an arts and crafts area, a children's arts area, and a wall of fame containing national figures who contributed to the renaissance and development of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It will be held on September 23 and 24.<\/p>\n

Marching drums <\/b>and aeromodels<\/b><\/p>\n

Riyadh's most famous street, Tahlia Street, will be the focus of the interactive and entertaining festival \u00abEntertainment Avenue\u00bb on September 23 and 24, with parades such as the \u00abDrum Parade, Aerial Models, Chinese Folklore, Camel and Horse Parade, Harley Bike Parade\u00bb in addition to theatrical performances, circus shows, and circus shows. 3D<\/span> In Tabuk, the Watan Balloon Festival will be launched on September 23 and 24, containing 10 balloons, to enjoy the public through a trip in the skies of Tabuk, and the festival will be accompanied by children's games, theatrical and folkloric performances specially designed for the National Day in a patriotic and entertaining family atmosphere at Prince Fahd Park.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
