He added that the General Authority for Real Estate seeks to provide a stimulating environment for real estate developers, which contributes to achieving their successes and attracting more local and foreign investments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Product Diversification and Value Enhancement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Al-Qarnas pointed out that the authority is working to diversify real estate products that include off-plan sales, real estate contributions, real estate valuation, unit sorting, and rental services. He stressed that these efforts aim to enhance the value of real estate development in the Kingdom and unify efforts under one regulatory umbrella, which contributes to achieving the desired goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2024 Achievements and 2025 Ambitions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWhat was achieved in 2024 reflects the synergy and teamwork within DEWA, as we were able to make a big leap compared to previous years. As we enter 2025, we aspire to achieve even greater targets to serve the real estate sector and enhance its attractiveness for investments.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He added that the authority is working to support real estate developers to be strategic partners in implementing successful projects, noting that this partnership contributes to achieving the sector's aspirations and enhancing its
