The Saudi investor has always been a difficult figure in the real estate market in the United Arab Emirates; he is at the top of the list of the most investors in terms of number and value of investments among his counterparts from the rest of the Gulf Cooperation Council Arab countries and a strong competitor to other Arab and foreign nationalities, especially in freehold areas.<\/p>\n
In contrast, the real estate market in the UAE generally and in Dubai in particular offers investment opportunities that the Saudi investor familiar with them and deals with them as a long-term safe investment. While the Saudi investor seeks to seize more investment opportunities in the Dubai real estate market, real estate companies in the Pearl of the Gulf strive to reach the largest number of Saudis who are interested in investing in their projects.<\/p>\n
Here, Al-Amal newspaper emerges as a reliable bridge connecting the real estate developer in the United Arab Emirates with the investor buyer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries, and vice versa. And we are not saying this out of politeness or favor for Al-Amal, but this is what we experienced from the warm welcome and feelings of admiration from most real estate development companies we visited during the Cityscape Global exhibition and conference held last month in Dubai.<\/p>\n
We listened with great interest to the challenges faced by those real estate companies in marketing due to the escalating competition in the real estate market, which is manifested in the abundance of enticing real estate offers in terms of sale prices or the advantageous payment schedule for real estate. During the exhibition days, we discussed with the major companies new ideas for presenting and promoting their projects, methods of marketing them, and the use of modern technologies to reach the largest number of investors in the region and the world.<\/p>\n
During those interviews and professional meetings, the volume of unexpected and surprising inquiries and requests from the heads of those companies and their marketing managers towards Almakl newspaper became apparent. Those requests focused on the need for Almakl to go beyond its presence in the local real estate market in the UAE and not merely distribute but also expand by assigning complete brochures to those real estate companies so that they can communicate with various segments of investors in the Kingdom.<\/p>\n
Therefore, the editorial board decided to rely on God and to begin this issue with the allocation of an internal supplement bearing the title (Amal Al Emarat). This step, on the other hand, strengthens the newspaper\u2019s leading position as the only real estate information platform in the Kingdom, alongside being the oldest, most established, and strongest in its field across the region. And with the testimony of the employees and those who deal with real estate matters, it has succeeded in shaping the real estate landscape in the Kingdom and delivering the message of Saudi companies specialized in real estate development and marketing to outside the Kingdom.
