Ejar's field team visited real estate brokerage establishments in the city of Riyadh as a first phase, with the aim of introducing, assisting and training them to deal with the Ejar network.<\/p>\n
The General Supervisor of the Real Estate Rental Sector Regulation, Engineer Mohammed Al-Batti, explained that the electronic application aims to identify real estate brokerage facilities near the beneficiaries, deal with real estate brokers accredited by Ejar, obtain contact information with real estate brokerage facilities, and know the regulations and laws related to the real estate rental sector.<\/p>\n

He pointed out that the electronic application aims to introduce the rules and regulations related to the briefing process, and the rights and duties of all parties to that process, whether landlord, tenant, or real estate broker, indicating that the \u00abapplication\u00bb seeks to reach all beneficiaries of real estate brokerage establishments.<\/p>\n
Al-Batti emphasized that the field visits carried out by Ejar teams aim to introduce real estate brokerage facilities to the Ejar network, and help them to join the network and accredit their real estate facilities. During these visits, workers in real estate brokerage facilities are introduced to the necessary procedures for the work of the Ejar network, and train them on adding rental units, the real estate brokerage agreement, and how to document the standardized rental contract, and real estate brokerage facilities can coordinate with the Ejar communication team at 920005226 to benefit from the team's services for field training and learning about the network's services and how to use them.<\/p>\n
