The Ministry of Justice announced the activation of the electronic real estate wealth system in all first-instance courts, and the electronic agencies system in second-instance courts, as well as the electronic court system within the courts at various levels, as part of the ministry's coverage of all its facilities with the digital system, which has reached 100%.<\/p>\n
Last week, Minister of Justice Sheikh Dr. Waleed bin Mohammed Al-Shehiani directed the formation of an high-level committee for \u201dlegal digital transformation\u201d in the ministry, with the aim of achieving excellence in services and enhancing efficiency and effectiveness to serve the beneficiaries.<\/p>\n
The Ministry stated: \u201cThe judicial circuits covered by the technical systems have been fully connected electronically to the information center in Riyadh, and the courts operating the electronic digital system (557) reached the number of courts in all regions of the Kingdom, and the number of electronic first judicial records reached (179), and the number of second judicial records reached (311), thus completing the technical system at 100 percent.\u201c.<\/p>\n
The Ministry of Justice explained that the completion of electronic coverage of judicial authorities allows \u201cfacilitating services for beneficiaries, saving their time, accelerating litigation procedures, shortening judicial documentation procedures, facilitating the beneficiary\u2019s access to all their documents and transactions with the ministry, expediting the execution of judgments, ensuring the reliability of data and information, and working to complete transactions with ease and speed.\u201d.<\/p>\n
The Ministry of Justice seeks to achieve integration and unify the standards for the systems, infrastructure, and procedures in the ministry, in order to achieve the objectives of the Kingdom Vision 2030 and its initiatives in the National Transformation Program 2020.<\/p>\n
She added that Dr. Al-Shemaani's directive to establish a committee for judicial digital transformation aims to enhance the speed of completion and innovation in the ministry's work and the effective integrated use of information technology.<\/p>\n
It is reported that among the most important technical projects launched and being implemented by the Ministry are: connecting the primary courts with the appeals process, the paperless court, the trial in absentia, electronic remote trial, the digital business intelligence center, the electronic Nagesz portal, the real estate wealth digitization system, the electronic agencies system, the electronic notary service, the electronic connection between the judiciary and other government entities, in addition to the electronic network of judicial districts, the electronic payment service for enforcement, and the electronic inquiry to follow up on cases and other technical projects.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
