The year 2017 witnessed a significant growth in real estate activity in Dubai and its recovery from the repercussions of the global financial crisis. The total sales of completed real estate projects recorded an increase exceeding 244% during 6 years from 2012 to the end of 2017, and the total value of real estate sales transactions reached more than 148 billion dirhams during that period.<\/p>\n
Last week, real estate transactions in the Department of Land and Property in Dubai reached AED 4.5 billion, with 876 sales worth AED 2.5 billion recorded, including 136 sales of land worth AED 1.4 billion and 740 sales of apartments and villas worth AED 1.1 billion.<\/p>\n
