The Judiciary\u2019s records documented approximately 643 mortgaged properties in the Riyadh region, with the largest share accounting for approximately 33.4% of the mortgaged properties, followed by the Eastern Region with 318 documented mortgaged properties, and the Qassim Region with 228 mortgaged properties.<\/p>\n
While the Mecca region recorded 214 mortgaged properties, followed by the Medina region with 197 mortgaged properties, the Northern Borders region with 75 mortgaged properties, then Asir with 60 mortgaged properties, then the Jazan region with 50 mortgaged properties, and the Jawf and Hail regions with 39 mortgaged properties each. The lowest region in mortgaged properties was the Baha region with nine mortgaged properties. Meanwhile, the number of mortgaged properties in Najran reached 21 mortgaged properties.<\/p>\n
