of Commerce and Investment has canceled the provision of auditing the contracts of incorporation for companies and replaced it with electronic work procedures that are carried out through the companies system automatically so that the establishment of companies is faster, within the stages of facilitating the start of business activity in the Kingdom so that the process of establishing companies is done automatically and without the need to wait for the ministry's approval.<\/p>\n<p>The Ministry explained that this amendment enables customers to establish their companies through the quick e-contract service with the addition of the appropriate details on the incorporation contracts and is approved automatically and immediately through the Ministry's portal and the Meraas portal.<\/p>\n<p>The Ministry is currently working to expand the scope of electronic solutions to be more integrated and to include activities that require approvals or licenses from licensed government agencies, as well as amended contracts and other corporate services. \u201cCommerce\u201d confirms its relentless efforts to improve the business environment, empower enterprises and provide a stimulating environment for investment, which positively affects the business of investors in general in the Kingdom, achieving what the Kingdom's Vision 2030 aspires to. .<\/p>\n<p>The
