Citizens can now use this service without being bound by official office hours, The service also enables citizens to grant notaries public access to all records that have been approved by the municipality or the Secretariat.<br \/>\nThrough this new service, which will be launched soon by the Riyadh Region Commissioner, citizens will no longer need to visit the municipality to obtain a subdivision permit, as the report will be sent directly to the notary public, and the citizen will be notified via text message with the report number and the number and date of the issued letter.<br \/>\nTo access this service, you must register on the Secretariat\u2019s website, locate the plot of land using the Riyadh Digital Map, and describe the subdivision plan in writing or using drawing tools, while attaching the required documents.<br \/>\nAll applications submitted to the relevant official via the Internet are displayed, after which the attached documents and subdivision requirements are verified, a survey decision and subdivision report are prepared, and a message is sent to the citizen informing them that the application is ready.<br \/>\nThe Riyadh Municipality recently launched a number of official websites for the General Directorate of Sanitation and the Al-Olaya Municipality as part of a timeline it established to revamp all of the municipality\u2019s websites, incorporating numerous e-services to leverage this in strengthening its position as a service providerthat is accessible to citizens and visitors and meets all their needs.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"span-reading-time rt-reading-time\" style=\"display: block;\"><span class=\"rt-label rt-prefix\">Reading time: <\/span> <span class=\"rt-time\"> &lt; 1<\/span> <span class=\"rt-label rt-postfix\">Minute<\/span><\/span>The Riyadh Municipality has launched an online land subdivision service to streamline procedures and expedite the processing of applications for the subdivision of residential land within approved plans, allowing citizens to use this service without being bound by official office hours.
