Majid Al Futtaim, the leading shopping mall, retail and leisure pioneer across the Middle East and North Africa, has unveiled plans for City Centre Me'aisem, its latest City Centre-branded mall. Located in the Me'aisem area of Dubai's International Media Production Zone, City Centre Me'aisem is investing AED 275 million to complete its first phase, which includes 60 international retailers spread across one million square feet, facilitating the project's expansion by 2020.<\/p>\n

Visitors to City Center Me'aisem, whether they are working or living in the area, will find everything they need to meet their daily and modern needs, as well as the outstanding service that is synonymous with the trusted CityCenter brand.\u00bb First announced in March of this year, City Center Me'aisem will open its first phase by the third quarter of 2015 and will feature a variety of fashion and lifestyle stores, as well as restaurants, cafes, fast food outlets, lifestyle outlets, public services and a medical clinic.<\/p>\n
The first phase of City Center Me'aisem includes a 91,903-square-foot Carrefour hypermarket, a 6,243-square-foot Magic Planet family entertainment center that includes coupon games, thrill rides, a kids\u00ab play area, and a medical clinic to cater to the needs of workers and residents of the surrounding areas.<\/p>\n
