Mr. Tariq bin Abdullah Al-Shuhayb, Undersecretary for Revenue Affairs\u2014who oversees the domestic lending program\u2014explained \u2013 Financing Agreements, explained that the agreements are part of efforts to strengthen basic services provided to citizens by leveraging the private sector\u2019s role in development areas, within the framework of the government lending program.<\/p>\n<p>Al-Shahib stated that the agreements involve the construction of five healthcare projects with a total capacity of 1,370 beds and a total floor area of 419,291 m\u00b2, distributed across four cities: \u201cRiyadh, Al-Khobar, Bisha, and Abha.\u201d In addition, the agreements include the construction of a private university in Madinah with a floor area of 13,820 square meters, and the construction of six hotel and tourism projects with a total floor area of 56,202 square meters, distributed across six cities: \u201cAl-Kharj, Sharurah, Najran, Tabuk, Jazan, and Al-Khobar.\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The Deputy Minister for Revenue Affairs stated that the domestic loan program aims to support the Kingdom\u2019s development goals and Vision 2030 by providing the necessary financing to support the private sector and enhance the economy\u2019s capacity to generate diverse job opportunities, He also expressed his gratitude to the government agencies participating in the domestic lending program, namely: the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Education, and the General Authority for Tourism and National Heritage.<\/p>\n<p>It is worth noting that these loans are part of government lending programs offered by the state to encourage the private sector to invest in service projects in regions of the Kingdom that need such services.
