In the presence of major real estate development companies, banks and financing agencies in addition to the Ministry of Housing and the Real Estate Fund, Restatex Riyadh Real Estate Exhibition 2018 concluded its activities, which was launched from 22 to 25 April at the Exhibition and Convention Center. The opening ceremony was graced by the Minister of Housing Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, who stressed that the exhibition represents an opportunity to learn about the solutions provided by the Ministry to provide adequate housing for citizens, in addition to the experiences of real estate development and financing companies locally and internationally.<\/p>\n

During his tour of the exhibition, the Minister of Housing inspected the Ministry's current and future projects, These include villas, apartments and townhouses, within projects that integrate all the necessary service facilities such as mosques, schools, health centers and all other service sectors, in addition to commercial, recreational and other facilities, in addition to its various programs and initiatives that come within the framework of the policy of regulating the housing sector and facilitating a balanced and sustainable housing environment, such as \u00abWhite Land Fees\u00bb, \u00bbEjar\u00bb, \u00bbOwners\u00bb Union\u00bb, \u00bbTajamal\u00bb and \u00bbWafi\u00ab. such as \u00bbWhite Land Fees\", \"Ejar\", \"Owners Union\", \"Completion\", \"Wafi\", partnership with the private sector, developmental housing, and the \"Completion\" center, in addition to the programs provided by the Real Estate Development Fund in the framework of providing subsidized mortgage loans to enable citizens to build and buy the housing they want.<\/p>\n
30 real estate developers qualified to provide housing units<\/b><\/p>\n
Al-Haqeel's speech at the opening ceremony revealed that the ministry has so far signed more than 30 qualified real estate developers to provide housing units of high quality and appropriate prices that meet the aspirations of beneficiaries, and will continue to sign more agreements to ensure the pumping of more housing units in all regions,\u00a0 <\/span>This comes in line with the strategic objective of supporting supply, enabling demand and stimulating real estate supply, in addition to improving the performance of the real estate sector and increasing its contribution to the local economy.<\/p>\n The Minister renewed his confidence in the partnership with the private sector, describing it as of utmost importance in achieving the ministry's goals in obtaining adequate housing, pointing out that during the \u00abResidential\u00bb program launched by the Ministry of Housing at the beginning of last year 2017, 282 thousand residential and financial products were allocated in all regions, and the target for this year was announced to allocate 300 thousand residential and financial products.<\/p>\n Events accompanying the exhibition<\/b><\/p>\n The activities of this year's exhibition included a series of events, workshops, lectures and seminars that reviewed the reality of the housing market in the Kingdom and the mechanisms to support and develop it, in addition to discussing the plans and programs of the Ministry of Housing and its efforts in developing urgent housing solutions.\u00a0 <\/span>For three days, His Excellency the Governor of the General Real Estate Authority, Essam Al Mubarak, reviewed the Authority's work plan with the participation of the Saudi Real Estate Institute, and the General Authority for Statistics participated in a workshop entitled \u00abReal Estate Index\u00bb and another on the real estate retail sector, and the workshops accompanying the exhibition included a review of a number of programs and initiatives of the Ministry of Housing such as land fees, sorting units and Ittimam, and Ejar program, and the accompanying events concluded with a workshop on \u00abReal Estate Finance\u00bb with the participation of the Real Estate Fund.<\/p>\n Fruitful competition among real estate developers<\/b><\/p>\n During the exhibition days, many real estate development companies appeared in an elegant dress while presenting their real estate products to visitors and businessmen, as it revealed the large size of the market and the interaction of companies with the housing and financing programs offered, which confirms the unity of the general goal and the endeavor of all sectors to contribute to solving housing issues by providing housing schemes complete with services and infrastructure, and the companies reviewed multiple models of housing options ranging from apartments, villas and other offered that meet different desires, and other future projects that serve in the interest of a large supply that would achieve flexibility in line with demand and increase purchasing power at prices and wa.<\/p>\n On the exhibitors' side, signs of satisfaction prevailed on most of the company owners from the good return gained from the exhibition; by benefiting and achieving the desired goals of participation, while many businessmen confirmed the participation in the next exhibition scheduled for April 28 and will continue until May 1, 2019.<\/p>\n Dar Al Arkan Projects <\/b>For real estate development<\/b><\/p>\n Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development showcased its projects at home and abroad, including the Florence Tower project in Dubai, Juman project in Dammam's waterfront, Shams Riyadh, Parisiana and Al Qasr Mall in Riyadh, and Shams Al Arous in Jeddah, in addition to the Naeem Neighborhood
