The rulings were considered final and effective.<\/p>\n<p>The ruling came after the court gave the real estate fund a one-month deadline to appeal, but it did not file an appeal.<\/p>\n<p>It is worth mentioning that Ministerial Decision No. 82 stipulates that the organization of housing subsidies should be approved in the attached format, and that applications for housing subsidies (housing unit, housing land, housing loan, and combined land and housing loan) should be received through the Ministry of Housing's online portal.<\/p>\n<p>The decision included that the provisions of this regulation shall apply to all applications for housing loans submitted to the Real Estate Development Fund, with the exception of applications submitted to the Fund whose owners have numbers before 23\/7\/1432 AH, which shall be treated in accordance with the procedures in force before the implementation of this regulation, and that the Fund shall disburse the necessary amounts from its current capital, and the owners of these applications - who meet the conditions in the regulation - may amend their applications to benefit from the housing support that will be provided under the provisions
