Real estate transactions at the Dubai Land Department last week totaled more than 3 billion dirhams, with the department recording 725 sales worth 1 billion, 767 million dirhams, including 67 land sales worth 904 million dirhams, and 658 transactions for apartments and villas worth 863 million dirhams.<\/p>\n
The largest land sales were recorded in the Business Bay area, totaling 350 million dirhams, followed by a sale worth 158 million dirhams in the World Islands area, and then a sale worth 97 million dirhams in the Al Barsha South 4 area.<\/p>\n
The Al Habiya 3 district led all districts in terms of the number of sales, recording 10 sales worth 41 million dirhams, followed by Wadi Al Safa 6 with 5 sales worth 19 million dirhams, and Al Barsha South Fourth District in third place with 4 sales worth 122 million dirhams.<\/p>\n
As for the most significant apartment and villa sales, a 20-million-dirham sale in the Burj Khalifa area ranked as the largest, followed by a 17-million-dirham sale in the Burj Khalifa area, and finally, a sale worth 11 million dirhams in the Al Jaddaf area.<\/p>\n
The Al Quoz 4 district led all districts in terms of the number of apartment and villa sales, recording 119 sales worth 76 million dirhams, followed by Al Barsha South 4 with 69 sales worth 46 million dirhams, and third was Business Bay, with 49 sales worth 71 million dirhams.<\/p>\n
