The Saudi Electricity Company has urged its customers who have objections or comments regarding their bills to contact the company through various communication channels, such as the call center, the website, and the customer service Twitter account.<\/p>\n
The company said that the rise in electricity bills this month is primarily due to this year\u2019s adjustment of electricity rates based on consumption brackets in the residential sector, in addition to changes in consumption patterns during the summer due to the significant increase in the use of air conditioners, as 70 percent of the total consumption on the bill is largely attributable to the use of air conditioners.<\/p>\n
It should be noted that the company recently standardized the issuance of all bills for its 9 million subscribers to the 28th of each Gregorian month, in accordance with the royal decree.<\/p>\n
\u201cSaudi Electricity\u201d has called on all customers to take advantage of all the modern electronic channels it offers to facilitate and expedite communication with customers from all segments, and welcomes any feedback regarding electricity service so that it can be addressed promptly, thereby saving effort and time.
