Last week, the Department witnessed 442 sales worth AED 751 million, including 84 sales of land worth AED 337 million and 358 sales of apartments and villas worth AED 414 million.<\/p>\n<p>The most important land sales came with a value of AED 22 million in Jebel Ali, followed by a sale worth AED 14 million in Al Quoz Industrial Area III, followed by a sale worth AED 14 million in Al Merkad area.<br \/>\nThe Nad Al Sheba area topped the regions in terms of the number of sales, recording 25 sales worth AED 91 million, followed by Al Hobeya III with 7 sales worth AED 17 million and Wadi Al Safa III with 6 sales worth AED 15 million.<\/p>\n<p>As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, a sale worth AED 14 million in Al Merkad came as the most important sale, followed by a sale worth AED 6 million in Dubai Marina and finally a sale worth AED 5 million in Jumeirah Al Awwal.<\/p>\n<p>The Business Bay area topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas with 55 sales worth AED 81 million, followed by Al Barsha South IV with 43 sales worth AED 33 million and Warsan I with 38 sales worth AED 17 million.<\/p>\n<p>The mortgages recorded a value of AED 2 billion 363 million, including 150 land mortgages worth AED 2 billion 200 million and 134 mortgages for villas and apartments worth AED 163 million, the most important of which were in the first Al-Ruwaiya area worth AED 800.5 million and another in Wadi Al-Safa 3 worth AED 490.3 million.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"span-reading-time rt-reading-time\" style=\"display: block;\"><span class=\"rt-label rt-prefix\">Reading time: <\/span> <span class=\"rt-time\"> &lt;
