The value of the acquisition amounted to SAR 22 million and was fully financed by the fund's available bank financing.<\/p>\n<p>The property is located in the Mansoura neighborhood in Riyadh on Ma'an bin Zaida Street, north of the southern ring road. The property is a medical building consisting of two floors, an annex, external parking lots, in addition to basement parking for cars. The built-up area is about 4566 square meters built on a land area of about 2500 square meters. The development was completed in 2013.<\/p>\n<p>The overall positive financial impact of the transaction is expected to be reflected in the Fund's results during the second half of 2018. Daraya Capital would like to emphasize that there are no related parties involved in this transaction.
