Desalination Gateway Project\u201c<\/strong><\/p>\n The \u201cTahlia Gate\u201d project in Jeddah, which was launched by the Ministry of Housing in partnership with the private sector, has been fully booked with about 1952 apartments. This time, the housing projects have moved to the shores of the Red Sea and the Arabian Gulf in the cities of Yanbu and Khobar, to be attractive to beneficiaries and meet their desires in choosing the location.<\/p>\n Sea View Projects\u201c<\/strong><\/p>\n The \u201cSea View\u201d projects in Al-Khobar Governorate overlooking the Arabian Gulf, in addition to \u201cRuwasan Yanbu\u201d and \u201dPearl Diyar\u201d in Yanbu overlooking the shores of the Red Sea, and from the far east to the far west is a witness to the new equation, as the plans to stop the hoarding of white lands that began to be implemented within the urban area, contributed to the utilization of such lands to provide suitable housing units.<\/p>\n Today, the new Khobar and Yanbu projects are a prominent witness to the success of real partnership experiences with the private sector that meet the actual needs of the country's citizens and provide appropriate options, by providing housing units in record time and starting the construction of these units through government supervision through the Ministry of Housing.<\/p>\n The number of residential units in \u201cSea View\u201d project is 1000 villas, with various areas starting from 300 square meters, while the total area of the project reaches 400,000 square meters, and is considered one of the typical projects completed with services and infrastructure, as well as public facilities and sites dedicated to government sectors.<\/p>\n On the other side of the Kingdom and thousands of kilometers away, the \u201cRawasen Yanbu\u201d project comes on the shores of the Red Sea, 500 meters from the city's Corniche, and in one of its thriving neighborhoods to provide 656 \u201ctownhouses\u201d in an integrated project that also includes all vital facilities, and enhances the economic aspect by building a special commercial area to start the first \u201cBoulevard\u201d in Yanbu Governorate, and the \u201cPearl Diyar\u201d project contains 1182 residential units of the type \u201ctownhouses\u201d to be built on the Ministry's land.<\/p>\n Makkah Projects<\/strong><\/p>\n The Ministry of Housing also recently announced the launch of new projects in distinctive locations, including the Ministry's project in Makkah, which includes 4551 housing units ranging from villas and apartments, with areas up to 225 square meters, to be built on the developer's land in the new Umrah neighborhood, with an area of about 1.3 million square meters, with prices starting from 419,000 riyals, with subsidized monthly installments starting from 1400 riyals per month.<\/p>\n Medina Projects<\/strong><\/p>\n In addition to two projects in Medina characterized by their strategic locations, where the \u201cDurrat Al Madinah\u201d project is located on the land of the Ministry of Housing and is 7 km from the Prophet's Mosque, and provides 694 apartments with prices starting from 277 thousand riyals, with subsidized monthly installments starting from 933 riyals per month, while the \u201cTayba Gate\u201d project is located next to Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Airport and provides 477 residential units with areas up to 236 square meters and prices starting from 270 thousand riyals.<\/p>\n Jeddah Residential Projects<\/strong><\/p>\n In Jeddah, the \u201cSunset Hills\u201d and \u201dUpper Jeddah\u201d projects located on the Ministry's land in the Prince Fawaz neighborhood, where the first consists of 6900 residential units, while the second includes 9868 residential units, with a total of more than 16 thousand residential units of apartment type with areas up to 236 square meters, prices starting from 259 thousand riyals with subsidized monthly installments starting from 866 riyals, and the two projects feature integrated
