It is with great pride that this week's issue goes out on Sunday, September 23, in anticipation of the 88th anniversary of our beloved kingdom's unification by our founder, King Abdulaziz bin Abdulaziz bin Abdulaziz.\u00a0 <\/span>Abdulrahman Al Saud - may God have mercy on him - and his loyal men, and this beloved anniversary passes for our souls and our kingdom is reaping the plants of the wise leadership that adopts plans that ensure the comfort and well-being of the citizen through the huge development and economic projects that began since the era of the founding king - may God have mercy on him - and passed through his loyal sons, and ended with the leader of the march, King Salman bin Abdulaziz and his faithful crown prince, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz - may God protect them and grant them the progress and prosperity of our beloved kingdom to be the compass of the world and the engine of the unrelenting economy.<\/p>\n

The real estate sector, as it celebrates the anniversary of this glorious day, is reaping the fruits of the leadership's interest in its affairs and its various legislations, and the new regulations approved by the competent authorities such as the \u00abCompletion\u00bb center, \u00abEjar\u00bb program, \u00abWafi\u00bb, various real estate bodies and other windows that benefit the sector and real estate professionals in saving effort and time in accomplishing their work, For example, the state paid attention to low-income groups, allocating them specific percentages in the priorities of owning suitable housing in the products of the Ministry of Housing, in addition to the state bearing the value-added tax for real estate whose price is less than 850 thousand riyals, and the transformation of the Kingdom's property department into a public body called the General Authority for State Properties, and the establishment of the General Authority for Real Estate, which is a gain and confidence in the status of real estate.<\/p>\n

Today we celebrate the 88th anniversary of our kingdom and economic and development projects such as Qiddiya and NEOM, which began to step towards their first stages to awaken the world from its amazement as it sees a dream to give the Kingdom its natural and leading position at the forefront of digital countries that harness science and technology for the good of the citizen and humanity, which was reflected in the computerization of many government service sectors so that citizens and businessmen can review these departments from their offices or homes through their smart devices.<\/p>\n

In the midst of our celebration and overwhelming joy, the good news of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 comes to us as it establishes the man of the future and paves the way for him to launch his challenges and ideas to raise the level of productivity of the public and private sectors, and strive to employ Saudi youth, rationalize recruitment and limit foreign labor.<\/p>\n
