By providing a common network among all shareholders, DLD aims to eliminate paper transactions and introduce digital contracts to improve and ensure the security and simplification of real estate transactions.<\/p>\n<p>Dubai's drive to make the city a blockchain hub and the technology's role in transforming the UAE's real estate sector has been backed by major developers with more than 200 projects in various stages of development.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBlockchain is undoubtedly one of the most influential technologies in the real estate industry,\u2019 said Tom Rhodes, Director of Cityscape Global.
