On the sidelines of Cityscape Global 2018, Dubai Land Department (DLD) signed two memorandums of understanding (MoUs) with OnTime Real Estate Registration and Knight Frank Middle East as part of its efforts to facilitate its services and provide them to its customers at any time and from anywhere.<\/p>\n
His Excellency Sultan Butti bin Mejren, Director General of DLD, signed the two memorandums, while OnTime Real Estate Registration was signed by its director, Waleed Abdulkarim, and Maria Morris represented Knight Frank Middle East as the company's director.<\/p>\n
Under the memorandum signed with OnTime Real Estate Registration, which aims to provide real estate services to real estate investors to provide convenience to the real estate investor to reduce effort and time, where the investor's visits will be reduced from 15 stations to only one station, and from 10 working days to one working day, while the memorandum with Knight Frank Middle East provides for cooperation between the two parties in providing consultancy services to promote Dubai real estate around the world.<\/p>\n
Commenting on DLD's presence at this global exhibition, His Excellency Sultan Butti bin Mejren said: \u201cWe are very pleased to see that DLD's stand has become a key destination at this exhibition, where developers, visitors and investors visit for various purposes. While our new technologies attracted a lot of interest, as evidenced by the various questions answered by DLD representatives at the booth, we also noticed a high focus on Dubai's transparent regulatory environment and the recent incentives announced by the UAE government.
