General Real Estate Authority revealed that it has started working on an initiative to build the real estate sector\u2019s capabilities by implementing a transformation plan for the Real Estate Institute and implementing its operational model as a research and accreditation center, and completing its programs to qualify and train Saudi youth in professions related to the real estate industry. <a href=\"http:\/\/sakani-names.housing.sa\/all-names\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Residential property<\/a><\/p>\n<p>She explained that she is moving forward with implementing an initiative to develop the regulation of real estate contributions, an initiative to build a national platform for real estate indicators, and the authority intends to establish a real estate arbitration center to reduce the number of cases referred to the courts, and to train and establish expert offices that provide technical and professional expertise through an electronic system in real estate cases submitted to the judiciary.<\/p>\n<p>She stated that she is reviewing the current organization of real estate offices and companies, as well as the related regulations, and is working to review the registration regulation in the authority, with the aim of organizing and supervising real estate activity and developing it, improving its efficiency, and encouraging investment in it.<\/p>\n<p>==<\/p>\n<h3>About\u00a0<strong>Public Authority for Real Estate<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p dir=\"rtl\">The General Authority for Real Estate was established under Cabinet Decision No. (239) dated 25\/4\/1438 and is responsible for regulating and supervising non-governmental real estate activity and developing it to improve its efficiency and encourage investment in it.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"rtl\">Functions of the Authority:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"rtl\">\n<p dir=\"rtl\">Setting the standards for real estate activities, their licensing and supervision.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"rtl\">\n<p dir=\"rtl\">Encouraging investment and providing the appropriate environment for fair competition in this field.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"rtl\">\n<p dir=\"rtl\">Coordination with relevant parties to ensure the integration of real estate infrastructure and achieve the related national goals, policies, and strategies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"rtl\">\n<p dir=\"rtl\">Working to raise awareness about the systems and activities of the real estate sector.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"rtl\">\n<p dir=\"rtl\">Monitoring the indicators of the real estate sector to achieve stability and
