The exhibition revealed many of the twists and curves that hinder the work of the Ministry of Housing, which hinders itself, which reflected on its achievements, which are still far below ambition, as it talks and deceives the reality that has been believing for long periods of time in (housing on paper) that does not live up to the aspirations of the rulers and the wise government that paved the way for the Ministry to achieve the dreams and wishes of the citizen in settling in a home of his own.<\/p>\n

Full powers of the ministry, but<\/h3>\n

The government has given the ministry full powers to carry out its tasks and achieve its goals:<\/p>\n

It made it a specialized ministry.<\/p>\n

It previously subsidized it with 250 billion riyals to build 500,000 units.<\/p>\n

It has transferred hundreds of millions of meters to its ownership and control, as well as grant lands.<\/p>\n

The privileges have extended to the Real Estate Development Fund, which is headed by and subject to the policies of the Ministry of Housing and is the ATM whose coffers never run dry.<\/p>\n

Last week, he announced the creation of a special \u00abinvestment department\u00bb and the recovery of more than 25 billion in loans.<\/p>\n

Unsuitable housing and financing products<\/h3>\n

With all these privileges and powers that are supposed to put its imprint on the lives of the citizen and the final consumer; however, unfortunately, we notice names and departments that have burdened and distracted the ministry's efforts from its primary goal; more than 12 Management or portal<\/a> This is evidenced by the outcomes of the recent Sakani exhibition, which revealed that \u00abHousing\u00bb is singing outside the citizen's squadron; many people entered and left the exhibition, some of whom did not find the \u00abappropriate offer\u00bb, others felt that they were in the maze of financing, ready-made units and how to obtain the first home, and others added new housing terms \u00abtownhouse, for example\u00bb, and unanswered questions at the exhibitors' booths.<\/p>\n
